Cancellations
Boarding, Drop-In Visits, and Dog Walking Services:

100% refund if canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled service.

50% refund if canceled 24–48 hours before the scheduled service.

No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before the service start time.
Pet Taxi Services:

100% refund if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

No refund for same-day cancellations.
