Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

Pawsome Care offers:

• Pet sitting (boarding in our home)

• Dog walking

• Drop-in visits for cats and dogs

• Pet taxi services

• Special needs dog care

• Medication administration

• Dog park and beach play dates

All services are subject to availability and should be booked in advance.
 

2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that:

• Your pet is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and is non-aggressive.

• You have disclosed any special needs, medical conditions, or behavioral concerns.

• You will provide accurate contact and emergency information.

• Your pet is licensed in accordance with local San Diego laws (if required).
   

3. Health & Safety

• We prioritize your pet’s wellbeing at all times. However:

• In the case of a medical emergency, we will seek veterinary care at your expense.

• You authorize Pawsome Care to act in your pet’s best interest, including emergency decisions if we are unable to reach you.
   

4. Payments & Booking

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, etc..
   

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Our cancellation and refund policy can be found here or on our Refund & Cancellation page.
   

6. Liability

• Pawsome Care will take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of your pet and property. However, we are not liable for:

• Injury, illness, or loss of life due to pre-existing conditions or unforeseen events.

• Damage caused by your pet to your home, belongings, or others.

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal items (e.g., collars, leashes, crates) brought with your pet.

• Pawsome Care is fully insured.
   

7. Weather & Outdoor Activity

• Dog walking and outdoor play are subject to weather conditions. We will not walk pets during extreme heat, storms, or unsafe conditions and may substitute with indoor enrichment time.
   

8. Photos & Social Media

• We may take photos of your pet for updates and social media (with love, of course!). Let us know if you prefer not to have your pet’s photo shared publicly.
   

9. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion for safety, health, or behavioral concerns.

• By booking any service with Pawsome Care, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
